The stones have been so accurately carved and fit together so well that it is impossible to fit even a ten cent piece between each block.

Therefore, the Latin on the note interpreted says 'Announcing the birth of the New World Order'. The date in roman numerals on the seals is 1776. 1776 is the year the modern day Illuminati were formed. 1776 is also the year of American independence. The Latin 'E Pluribus Unum' is interpreted as 'One out of many' and is the foundation of the New World Order's plan to unify the world's governments, religions, and money systems into a single unified system of a One World Government and in doing so, control the whole globe and her people.
The capstone has not been placed atop the Pyramid. Therefore, the plan for a complete global takeover of all governments, religions, and money systems has not been completed.

There are nine tail feathers on the bird. Nine is the number of degrees in the Chapter, Council, and Commander of the York Rite of Freemasonry.
