The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes (such as missile detection).The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska.
The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.
Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993. The current working IRI was completed in 2007, and its prime contractor was BAE Advanced Technologies.
As of 2008, HAARP had incurred around $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs. HAARP has also been blamed by some Born Again Christians for a range of events, including numerous natural disasters. See the below
As abhorrent this may sound what if the recent events of the birds falling out of the sky and the dead fish washing up on the shores of New Zealand were really nothing more than test cases and precursors for the big events of the dual earthquakes in both New Zealand and Japan?
As weird as what that seems there really does seem to be a direct correlation between birds falling out of the sky and the dead fish washing up on the shores of New Zealand as if to indicate those two events may have been nothing more than experiments for a new and far advanced system of HAARP? Furthermore, that when tested on the wildlife and found to be perfected was then used to create the dual earthquakes mentioned above?
There is definitely something going on around the world that is right out of the ordinary? It seems like the late and great Barry R Smith may have been right and that New Zealand may be nothing more than the test case for every other foul and detestable deed that is ever tried around the globe?
What they are now saying is that there is also a very high likelihood the nuclear reactors that were affected by the earthquake in Japan may melt down with the consequence being catastrophic with possibly millions being killed as a result?
What then if the Antichrist has another shot at what he started in the first place and then goes on to cause another earthquake? One is only able to imagine what the results of that are going to be? This is nothing more than an advanced type of warfare with weapons that are now being used we never ever imagined in the past.
The seals of Revelation tell us just that when it describes the Antichrist as being given a large weapon so as to take peace from the earth so that men may slay each other. What if that large weapon that was mentioned in the prophecy was nothing more than weather control technology, and that in the hands of this madman the results can only be disastrous for the whole planet?
